Yoga- Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class.

This is a general class for anyone who has some experience of yoga.

During the class you will be carefully guided into a series of yoga postures. Each posture is entered
and exited with breath leading the movement. You are openly encouraged to listen to your own
body and breath, enabling you to enjoy the practice without any forcing or straining. Options are
always suggested so everyone can access the postures with ease.

The class contains a balance of strengthening and stretching postures as in traditional Hatha Yoga.
Specific breathing practices are used to help stimulate and bolster the immune system. The class
ends in the traditional way with a relaxation and a closing chant.

Each week follows a different theme within the context of seasons and cycles of the moon.

Elements and energies are considered paramount to each practice.

A regular yoga practice can support general well-being, mental and physical health.
