Join us for this superb afternoon of film, watching Jean-Luc Godard’s legendary sixties debut, A Bout De Souffle, and Richard Linklater’s modern day love letter to it, Nouvelle Vague.

See one or both and enjoy a French buffet lunch in the Arts Centre between films to share thoughts and conversation.

Bar open.

Non-members welcome.

Director Richard Linklater’s love letter to the French New Wave shows the story of Jean-Luc Godard making his legendary 1960 feature debut, Breathless.

The film recreates the energy and style of the original shoot and the creative chaos that dared to flout the cinematic conventions of the time.
