Our Box Office is currently open to in person enquiries and via telephone (01792 863722) from 10.30am – 2.45pm & 6.15pm – 8pm Monday to Friday.

On Wednesdays’ we’ll be open from 11.30am.

If you’re unable to get through to us within these hours you can always leave a message or email us at pontardawe.boxoffice@npt.gov.uk.

In either case, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Yes, although please be aware that our doors may not always be open outside of Box Office hours.

Please contact the box office via any of the above means and we’ll get back to your query as soon as possible.

Although we have made every effort to contact all customers regarding cancelled and rescheduled shows, it is still possible that we may have missed ticket holders due to the volume of refunds that required processing.

We ask you to please bear with us if this is the case.

We are currently in the process of having a new purpose cinema built, which is due to open by Summer 2025.

Until that time we will be restricted to our Film Program which can be found here.

Postage is collected every Wednesday, so please allow for extra time if you ordered after this day.

Once your tickets are posted out, please allow up to three working days for them to be delivered.

If you are awaiting tickets for delivery, and you feel it has been sometime since you ordered them, please get in touch with us and we’ll make every effort to look into this matter for you.

Concession tickets are for those over the ages of 60 and below 16, unless stated otherwise.

In addition, unwaged individuals may also purchase concessionary tickets.

Please note, that not all shows will have Concessionary prices available.
